20 meeting rooms that can accommodate groups ranging from 5 to 400 persons. The diverse nature of meeting rooms ensures that large groups can hold plenary meetings or break out into several working groups.

The meeting room will be set up according to your wishes. Moreover every meeting room comes equipped with the required standard didactic material. Data connections, LCD projectors, etc. are available upon request.

If necessary the Elewijt Center staff will take care of all supporting tasks, such as organizing an evening programme outside the centre or assuring transfers to and from the airport.
